Skills:
Prior experience managing fixed asset accounting and procure-to-pay workflows.
Background in developing operational efficiency and production variance reports.
Hands-on experience supporting external audit processes.
Track record of identifying process bottlenecks and successfully implementing streamlined accounting controls.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor???s degree in Accounting or Finance.
System Experience: Proven experience utilizing ERP and core accounting systems.
Core Accounting Background: Hands-on experience managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and full-cycle month-end close operations.
Software Proficiency: Advanced, high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and build effective relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients at all organizational levels.
Problem-Solving & Detail: Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Integrity: High level of discretion when managing proprietary and confidential company information.
