Working alongside the Plant Manager, this role helps lead daily manufacturing operations, support supervisors and production employees, troubleshoot issues, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to exceptional quality standards. This is a strong opportunity for someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys being close to the work on the production floor, coordinating across departments, solving problems in real time, and helping strengthen processes as the operation grows. You will also assist with employee onboarding, monitor inventory and purchasing needs, and ensure overall plant readiness.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Prior supervisory, lead, or manufacturing leadership experience is strongly preferred. Experience with production scheduling, inventory, quality, workflow management, or ISO 9001 is a plus. Technical, manufacturing, engineering, or related education.

Qualifications:
Experience working in manufacturing, production, operations, or a similar industrial environment. Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to understand work orders, technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation. Strong communication, organization, follow-through, judgment, and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or GED.
