Pay Range: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour (commencing wage based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime available)

Responsibilities:
- Perform body repairs, metal work, and panel replacements on heavy trucks.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint, including patching, sanding, body filler work, and masking.
- Perform quality shop welding and structural body repairs.
- Inspect completed prep and repair work to ensure high quality and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with team members in the paint department and communicate clearly with co-workers and management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace while adhering to all shop safety standards.
Skills:
- Prior experience specifically working on heavy trucks or commercial fleets.
- Strong eye for cosmetic detail and paint prep precision.
Qualifications:
- Experience or Education: 2-year degree in Auto Body Repair OR 2 years of hands-on body shop experience.
- Welding: Proven welding experience.
- Hand Tools: Must own standard small hand tools (a rent-to-own toolbox program is available).
- Communication: Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (team lifts, forklifts, or overhead cranes available for heavier loads).
