Responsibilities:
- Support Gathering Processes: Using various sources such as purchased OEM license data, online service information, technician repair information, and OEM sales data, you will assist in identification of new vehicles and technologies.
- Customer Technical Support: Help prepare requirements for current and future development targets based on function and vehicle priorities.
- Engineering Support: Assist the team by providing detailed information gathering from on-vehicle research completed with various tools and equipment.
- Documentation: Provide detailed documentation of the above targets in easy to digest formats to support the engineering development team.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 AM
Skills:
- Prior exposure to automotive retail, repair, hobbyist engineering, or documentation writing is a plus.
- An interest in automotive technology and systems thinking is highly valued.
- Computer proficency
Education:
- High School or equivalent - Proof of education required
Experience:
Qualifications:
- No degree required. We welcome candidates with vocational training, high school diplomas, technical certifications, or other related experience.
- Target Experience: 0-2 years of experience in technical coordination, administrative, writing, or support role.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn technical database software.
- Conceptual Awareness: Basic familiarity with how vehicles or electronic devices operate.
