The primary focus of this role is to prospect, develop, and maintain strong relationships with auto body shops, collision repair centers, and related industrial clients within a defined geographic territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a strong understanding of the autobody industry, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
Territory: 2 days per week in Bismarck/Mandan metro, Wed & Thursdays - western ND
Competitive base salary ($60k) plus commission incentives and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Territory Management & Prospecting
-Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned territory
-Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities by cold-calling, networking, and following up on leads
-Conduct in-person visits to auto body shops and collision centers to present products and services
Customer Relationship Management
-Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships
-Regularly check in with customers to understand their evolving needs, provide product updates, and ensure satisfaction
-Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, coordinating with internal teams as necessary
Product Expertise
-Maintain a deep understanding of our product line
-Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the customer's specific business needs
-Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines
Reporting & Administration:
-Accurately forecast sales and track customer interactions using our CRM system
-Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, territory performance, and market conditions
-Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product innovations

-High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
-3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience is required
-Prior sales experience in the auto body, collision repair, automotive parts, or industrial supply industries is highly preferred
-Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
-Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
-Demonstrate organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage a large territory and multiple accounts
-Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
-Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by success
-Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
