Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, as well as walk-in customers. Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order processing. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize sales opportunities. Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address customer needs. Work with our logistics department to determine delivery times and pricing for customer orders to be delivered to the customers location. Build and maintain great relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and enhance overall efficiency Work with current sales staff and management to create the best solutions to meeting customer needs and increasing sales. Work with our Customer Care team to improve customer service which could also lead to greater sales totals. Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Customer and Personal Service-- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. - English Language-- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, and rules of composition and grammar. - Administration and Management-- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. - Sales and Marketing-- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
+1 year sales experience is preferred. Great problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and CRM Software knowledge is a plus. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow Eager to learn sales techniques, strategies, and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
