In this role, you will spend much of your shift active on the manufacturing floor auditing daily operations, training team members, and identifying potential hazards. You will work alongside the Facility and Safety Manager to administer and record training programs, track employee compliance with company policies, and proactively propose resolutions for workplace hazards before accidents occur. Additionally, you will collaborate with the broader safety team to develop innovative programs that strengthen our overall safety culture and eliminate loss-causing conditions
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in workplace safety and training.
Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for influencing positive behavioral change.
Sharp attention to detail with the ability to utilize varied training methods across different scenarios.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English with the ability to follow verbal and written directions in English.
Computer proficiency and physical ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 55 lbs regularly.
