Spherion Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a dynamic, Bilingual Spanish-speaking Recruiter to drive our full-cycle talent acquisition efforts. Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience and location).
Commission Structure: Eligible for the commission program starting after 90 days of successful employment.

Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from strategic sourcing and initial outreach to offer negotiations and onboarding.
Conduct behavioral interviews in both English and Spanish to assess technical skills, cultural alignment, and language proficiency.
Proactively build a pipeline of "ready-to-work" talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and grassroots community networking.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights on candidate availability and salary trends.
Represent Spherion at local job fairs, university events, and virtual career expos.
Maintain meticulous records within the ATS, ensuring all candidate activity is documented and compliant with local labor laws.

Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Experience writing engaging, inclusive job advertisements and using social media for recruitment branding.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent/professional level required)
Proven work history with a record of reliability, professionalism, and results
Minimum 1?2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or call center environment
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
