Pay Rate: $21.59
Schedule: Able to work 24 hours/week

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer technical support issues.

- Provide basic troubleshooting and support (e.g., password resets, account assistance).
- Route tickets and escalate issues to Level 2 and Level 3 support as needed.
- Perform limited billing functions, including: Reviewing service agreements and contracts to determine charges and terms. Performing basic financial calculations (e.g., service charges, prorations, amounts due, discounts).
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Previous help desk or technical support experience
- Basic networking knowledge (e.g., switches, routers, wireless access points)
- Comfortable working with multiple monitors
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
