We offer a unique "front-half" night shift that allows for a great work-life balance:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM
Every Other Friday: 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM
Enjoy every Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, and alternating Fridays off!
Responsibilities:
As a Blender Operator, you are the "chef" of the production line. You???ll be responsible for following precise recipes to ensure every batch of product meets high standards.
Batching & Mixing: Precisely weigh and combine raw ingredients (oats, seeds, spices, etc.) into industrial blenders.
Quality Control: Monitor the blending process to ensure consistency and quality.
Equipment Maintenance: Operate and perform basic cleaning/sanitation of blending machinery between batches.
Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all food safety (SQF) and personal safety protocols.
Documentation: Accurately record lot numbers, weights, and production time
Skills:
Food Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience working in a facility governed by SQF, HACCP, or USDA/FDA regulations.
Machine Operation: Experience operating industrial mixers, blenders, or heavy processing machinery.
Forklift Certification: Experience operating a pallet jack or forklift in a warehouse setting.
Technical Aptitude: Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment teardown and sanitation.
Qualifications:
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of a 12.5-hour shift and consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Mathematical Literacy: Must be able to perform basic addition, subtraction, and multiplication to ensure recipe accuracy and inventory counts.
Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and perfect attendance.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols without deviation.
Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal) to document lot numbers and communicate with the production lead.
