Responsibilities:
Financial Mastery: Manage the General Ledger, P&L, and Balance Sheets for multiple entities using QuickBooks and Yardi.
The Full Cycle: Handle AP/AR, payroll reporting, budgeting, and year-end tax prep for our CPA.
Tenant Relations: Be the face of our facility?answer inquiries, show rental spaces (Retail, Office, Storage), and manage collections.
Compliance: Keep us ship-shape by managing insurance renewals and certificate compliance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in Property Management or Real Estate is a huge plus!

Qualifications:
You have a deep background in full-charge bookkeeping.
You are an Excel wizard who thrives on organization.
Experience using Yardi
Quickbooks Online proficiency
