This is a full-time position that comes with a fantastic, compressed Monday through Thursday (4/10) schedule, from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Come flex your mechanical muscles in an environment where precision meets production.
Responsibilities:
The Daily Forge
The Tooling Tactician: Efficiently load and unload tools based on the setup sheet to keep the production flow seamless and steady.
The Machine Maestro: Expertly operate machine controls, carrying out routine maintenance and secondary operations that keep our production line running at peak performance.
The Setup Sidekick: Execute simple or routine setups with precision, letting our lead set-up crew handle the heavy, complex adjustments while you keep the momentum going.
The Quality Sentinel: Verify the quality of every produced part using simple measurement instruments???because in this shop, "close enough" isn't in our vocabulary.
The Console Commander: When duty calls, step up to the computer console to keep operations firing on all cylinders.
