Responsibilities:
As the Branch Manager, you will oversee daily service center operations to maximize efficiency, maintain strict workflow timelines, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. You will work independently to foster a culture of continuous improvement, manage the branch financial targets, and ensure team development.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring workflow processes and implementing strategic changes to maximize efficiency.
Providing strong leadership, management, technical training coordination, and professional development for your branch staff.
Managing the service center budget construction and tracking profit and loss (P&L) targets to meet or exceed fiscal goals.
Managing and maintaining all assigned company physical property, inventory, and assets.
Handling branch recordkeeping related to hours worked, attendance, workers' compensation, and personnel documentation.
Traveling occasionally for professional training and corporate activities.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM
Skills:
Associate or bachelor's degree.
Three to five years of leadership experience in emergency response, a fire department, law enforcement, or the military.
Experience presenting effectively to small groups of customers.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three to five years of progressive management experience with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure to achieve targets.
Practical experience in Radio Frequency (RF) communications, Land Mobile Radio (LMR), or telecommunications systems.
Strong computer proficiency, including experience with database software and the entire Microsoft Office Suite, with a heavy focus on Excel and Word.
Proven capability in resource planning, report creation, and budget management.
Excellent motivational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Valid US driver's license with an acceptable driving record and no license suspensions within the past five years.
