- Analyze current HR and alumni processes to identify automation opportunities and areas for efficiency improvements.- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows, scripts, and integrations for HR and alumni systems.- Serve as a technical and functional subject matter expert on HR and alumni technology, providing guidance to stakeholders across departments.- Collaborate with HR, Alumni Relations, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure solutions meet organizational needs.- Maintain and optimize existing automated systems and workflows, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to track system performance, process efficiency, and key metrics.- Provide training, documentation, and support for end-users to ensure successful adoption of automated processes.- Stay current with emerging HR and alumni technology trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance system capabilities.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft) and alumni management systems preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in HR or alumni systems.- Hands-on experience with Replit or similar coding and automation platforms.- Strong knowledge of HR and alumni processes, workflows, and best practices.- Proficiency in scripting, automation tools, APIs, and data integration techniques.- Process improvement and automation expertise.- Technical proficiency in scripting and workflow design.- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.- Adaptability to emerging technologies and evolving business needs.
