Responsibilities:
- Purchase materials based on required technical specifications, price, delivery schedules, and terms.
- Negotiate with key suppliers and periodically update pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Initiate purchase orders based on purchase requisitions and align with standard procurement procedures.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolve any related issues.
- Collaborate with supplier quality and engineering teams to identify and qualify new suppliers.
- Ensure supplier orders align with customer requirements for content, quality, timeliness, sustainability, and cost.
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement operations

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a procurement or buyer role.
- A combination of education and experience demonstrating applicable knowledge may also be considered.
- Strong understanding of procurement and purchasing procedures and company policies.
- Ability to interpret technical and engineering drawings.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
