Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support (80%): Manage high-volume inquiries regarding customer orders via phone, email, and fax.
Order Processing: Input customer orders and credits accurately and in a timely manner.
Problem Solving: Actively listen to customer concerns and provide concrete solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Assist with scanning invoices, requesting vendor samples, and other general office duties.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members to cover lunch breaks and ensure the department is always supported.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is required. Experience in the foodservice industry is a big plus.
Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy is essential for order entry systems and digital scanning.
Soft Skills: Excellent active listening and verbal communication skills are a must. We are looking for a professional who can interact positively with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
