Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire and maintaining updated employee records
Provide orientations, training, and coaching
Prepare and review recruiting activities: post, interviews, etc.
Implement and provide orientation plans
Inform employees about additional benefits they?re eligible for (e.g. extra vacation days)
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
Process employees queries and respond in a timely manner
Updating and storing business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees
Typing reports, letters and other business documents
Sorting mail and responding to it or distributing it to appropriate employees
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Team player skills
Proven work experience in an office environment
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting

Qualifications:
2> years of experience in HR Environment
HSD Required
Associates or Bachelor's Degree Desires ( HR, Accounting, BA)
