Assembly & Components: Perform tasks across multiple work centers (Tank-up, casing, small parts, vacuum chamber, cover bander, palletizing, final assembly). Attach and install critical components and sub-assemblies (leads, bushings, brackets, fuses, switches, nameplates, arrestors, labels, stencils, bands). Anchor core/coil assemblies into tanks and assemble/attach covers.Operations & Testing: Execute hand assembly, fitting, and adjusting operations. Load, operate, and unload the vacuum system. Conduct temperature checks, inspect components, perform leak troubleshooting and repairs, and complete fluid checks for correct oil usage.Equipment & Tools: Operate small power hand tools as well as overhead cranes and hoisting equipment to safely move materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products.Quality & Continuous Improvement: Rework nonconforming parts to meet specifications. Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving processes to maintain target output rates and high quality standards.Safety & Workplace Standards: Follow written directions (VOP operating instructions, BOM lists, production schedules, WSRA). Maintain 5S+ housekeeping practices, adhere to safety protocols, and perform other assigned manufacturing duties.
