We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Clean Room Assembler to build, assemble, and test high-purity components used in precision tech and advanced manufacturing industries. Working in a controlled environment (Class 5 and Class 7 clean rooms), you will use blueprints, hand tools, precision measuring tools, and testing equipment to ensure every product meets strict customer specifications.

Responsibilities:
Assemble and build high-purity mechanical components following detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and job orders.
Perform quality testing on completed assemblies using air and/or water pressure testing equipment.
Utilize basic computer systems to navigate, access, and pull digital work instructions and production specifications.
Operate hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, adjustable torque wrenches) and custom fixtures to assemble components.
Use precision measuring tools???including calipers, micrometers, and visual scopes???to verify exact dimensional tolerances.
Troubleshoot assemblies that fail testing and assist with basic product repairs.
Clean, label, and package finished components per clean room specifications.
Strict adherence to clean room protocols, including full gowning procedures for Class 5 and Class 7 environments.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles before, during, and after shifts.
Collaborate with production team members, supervisors, and quality support to resolve non-conformances.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Skills:
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
Proficiency using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
Mechanical aptitude with experience using basic hand and torque tools.
Experience operating pneumatic or water pressure testing equipment.
