Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Clerical Warehouse Order Filler to support our warehouse operations. This role combines light clerical duties with order fulfillment responsibilities, ensuring accurate processing, documentation, and preparation of customer orders.
Responsibilities:
- Verify order accuracy using pick lists, invoices, or system data
- Enter order information into computer systems
- Print labels, packing slips, and shipping documents
- File paperwork and maintain organized records
- Communicate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and shipping teams
- Assist with inventory counts and data entry as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and company procedures
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
