Schedule: Friday - Sunday (3-Day Weekend Shift)
Available Shifts: Day (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM) OR Night (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
Interpret technical blueprints and specification sheets to verify exact angles and bending dimensions.
Set up CNC equipment, input measurements, and select appropriate tooling, punches, and dies.
Guide sheet metal into press brake machinery and monitor operations to prevent errors or defects.
Conduct precise quality control checks using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools.
Perform routine machine maintenance, lubricate parts, and follow strict OSHA safety standards.
Cross-train across various machine operations and fabrication stations as assigned.

Skills:
Prior CNC programming or press setup experience.
Strong background in heavy industrial manufacturing or metal fabrication settings.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED; 1 to 2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Proven ability to read mechanical blueprints, perform basic algebra, and use precision measuring instruments.
Willingness to cross-train on multiple manufacturing machines and workstations.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
