Job Description:

You will operate a HAAS VFSS machine, support other 5 axis CNC Machines, and machining centers to fabricate precision parts per engineering specifications

Responsibilities:

• Program and operate HAAS VF4SS and familiarity with Autodesk Fusion 360, the post processor used for programming the HAAS machine.
• Be very familiar with Fanuc controls
• Program and operate custom CNC grinding machines as well as utilize other shop tools such as cylindrical, surface, and pedestal grinders, and various hand tools.
• Set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enter commands to retrieve and input computerized machine control media.

Education: High School

Experience: 60 months

• Graduation from a certified technical school, or proven work history in a production environment, with five (5) or more years related experience.

Skills:

• CNC programming experience.
• Strong mechanical ability.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, follow job routers, use math to perform basic calculations, and use basic hand held measuring tools.
• Ability to accomplish tasks and follow directions without deviation from procedures.
• Skills to solve routine problems with minimal supervision and demonstrates advanced problem-solving ability.
• High detail orientation, self-motivation, and excellent organizational skills.
