Responsibilities:
As a CNC Machinist Operator, you will be the engine behind their production, maintaining tight tolerances and ensuring every part is a masterpiece:
Set Up & Execute: Prepare and operate CNC machines for turning, milling, drilling, and threading.
Precision Control: Use micrometers, calipers, and thread gages to ensure every part meets exact specifications.
Problem Solve: Adjust tool wear offsets, change inserts, and troubleshoot machine issues on the fly to keep production moving.
Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret complex schematics and engineering drawings with ease.
Efficiency First: Maintain an organized, safe workspace using 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Knowledge of Swiss-type CNCs (Star, Citizen, Doosan) is a huge plus.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a CNC Machinist/Operator.
Read and interpret blueprints
