As our CNC Top Dog, you are the one we count on when the job calls for precision, focus, and steady paws. You have mastered the art of CNC machining and gear cutting, and you know how to run a machine like a seasoned shepherd runs the field. With a strong nose for detail, you're skilled in using numeric controls (CNC), specialized tooling, and other advanced tech. Whether it's close-tolerance machining, precise setups, or using a full range of measuring instruments, you know how to get the job done with accuracy and consistency. Your focus is on delivering high-quality, detail-driven work that follows established procedures and shop standards. You work with the patience of a seasoned herding dog-steady, methodical, and never distracted by squirrels. In this role, consistency is everything. Error-free output, task-by-task focus, and a commitment to doing things right the first time are what set you apart from the pack. Your sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality help us produce the precision gears that power everything from fire trucks to garbage haulers-real-world tools that keep communities moving.
