Responsibilities:
Load and unload raw materials into CNC machines according to daily production targets.
Operate pre-programmed CNC machinery safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
Perform basic routine checks using calipers and gauges to ensure parts meet quality standards.
Monitor equipment during operation and notify setup technicians or supervisors of any anomalies.
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
Working hours: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic mathematical and measuring abilities.
Good communication skills and strong self-motivation during night hours.
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal operational procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine operation setting preferred.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
Availability to work full-time 3rd shift (overnight) schedule.
