Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Coal Bagger to join our production team. This is an essential role in our supply chain, responsible for the final packaging and preparation of our products for distribution. Responsibilities:

• Bagging & Sealing: Operate manual or semi-automated bagging equipment to fill bags with coal to specified weights.
• Quality Control: Inspect bags for leaks or damage and ensure seals are secure and airtight. 
• Palletizing: Lift and stack filled bags (typically [Insert Weight, e.g., 40–50 lbs]) onto pallets in a neat and stable manner.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE (dust masks, gloves, and steel-toe boots).

Education: High School

• Diploma or GED 

Experience: 6 months

Skills:

• Heavy Lifting & Manual Dexterity: Ability to maintain a high volume of repetitive lifts (40–60 lbs) without losing form.
•  Machine Operation: Experience with semi-automated bagging systems, heat sealers, or industrial sewing machines.
• Weight Verification: Skill in reading industrial scales and calibrating bag weights to meet strict specifications.
• Palletizing & Load Stabilization: Knowledge of how to stack bags in interlocking patterns to ensure pallets don't shift during transport.
