Responsibilities:
-Guide Account Resolutions: Assist customers in resolving past-due balances across telecom, healthcare, and industrial accounts.
-Negotiate Payment Plans: Develop, structure, and negotiate workable payment arrangements that satisfy customer needs and account requirements.
-Provide Quality Customer Service: Maintain a professional phone demeanor while meeting established daily performance targets.
-Ensure System Compliance: Accurately document all account activities and notes in accordance with regulatory standards.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Previous experience or strong aptitude for financial payment plan negotiation.
-Strong active listening and conflict de-escalation capabilities.
-Proficiency with basic office software and multi-line phone systems.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Must have 3rd party collections experience.
-Demonstrated professional verbal communication and time management skills.
-Ability to work Monday???Friday, 8:30 AM ??? 5:00 PM (40 hours per week).
-Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, reference check, and drug screen.
