What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding account balances and payment options
• Explain account details clearly and assist customers in setting up payment arrangements
• Communicate professionally with insurance representatives, law offices, and third parties
• Maintain accurate customer account notes and updates using company computer systems
• Apply strong typing skills and proper grammar while processing daily information

What You'll Bring

• No college degree required paid training is provided
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort making phone calls
• Good typing speed, accurate spelling, and general computer proficiency
• Bilingual English and Spanish fluency is a plus
