Working as part of an installation crew, you will operate floor grinding equipment, apply protective treatments, interpret blueprints, and help train entry-level technicians.

Pay: $21.00+ per hour base rate (DOE), with room for growth based on experience and leadership capability.
Responsibilities:
-Surface Preparation: Operate walk-behind and handheld grinders to strip legacy coatings, smooth substrate imperfections, and prep concrete surfaces
-Grinding & Polishing: Execute multi-step diamond grinding and polishing sequences to achieve specified gloss and smoothness levels
-Chemical Application: Apply concrete densifiers, grouting materials, protective sealers, and epoxy floor coatings according to manufacturer specifications
-Site Operations & Maintenance: Perform routine equipment maintenance, manage jobsite material staging, and ensure clean, safe job site conditions
-Blueprint Reading & Mentorship: Interpret project plans and help guide junior technicians on installation standards and safety protocols
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
