Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the architectural design and construction process for assigned projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop, review, and oversee project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet performance goals.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and enforce quality control.
Oversee contractor work, ensuring adherence to architectural design and project specifications.
Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Facilitate approvals and permits required for construction projects.
Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Utilize project management software and tools to track milestones, deliverables, and documentation.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Licensed Architect (preferred but not required).

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
5 years of experience in architectural project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
Familiarity with local and national building codes and permitting processes.
