Responsibilities:
Reception and Communication
Greet and welcome visitors (clients, vendors, job applicants) in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Manage the company's general email inbox and correspondence.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Administrative Support
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and tracking inventory.
Assist with data entry, compiling reports, and preparing documents as needed.
Maintain and update employee and contact directories.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Proven experience as a Front Desk Administrator, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
