We are seeking a high-integrity, forward-thinking Controller to lead day-to-day financial operations and serve as a strategic business partner to the executive leadership team. Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership: Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger management, cost/inventory accounting, and the monthly/annual close processes.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements in accordance with GAAP, managing tax, audit, lender, and contractual obligations.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic initiatives (including M&A and financing).
Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust accounting policies, internal controls, and financial systems to safeguard corporate assets.
Treasury & Risk: Oversee treasury functions, banking relationships, insurance, and risk management.
Team Development: Mentor, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Master's degree (MBA/MAcc) preferred
CPA designation preferred.
Background in a manufacturing environment, including deep experience with cost accounting and inventory management, is highly preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
Technical Skills: Proven success managing audits, banking relationships, tax compliance, and treasury functions.
