Job Description:

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented Cookie Packers to join our production team on the 2nd shift. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for inspecting, packaging, and preparing our freshly baked cookies for shipment. If you enjoy working in a team environment and love the smell of fresh cookies, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Packaging: Carefully place finished cookies into trays, boxes, or bags according to company quality and speed standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect cookies for correct size, shape, color, and quality before packaging, discarding damaged or defective product.
• Labeling & Box Assembly: Assemble boxes, apply labels, and pack sealed products into master cartons for shipping.
• Conveyor & Line Operation: Monitor conveyor belts to ensure a smooth flow of product and prevent jams or spills.
• Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Education: High School

Physical:

• Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
• Manual Dexterity
• Repetitive Motion

Skills:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [e.g., 25–30 lbs] continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for 2nd shift hours (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM).
• Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or food handling experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
