Responsibilities:
1. Analyze warranty costs to identify trends, variances and cost-saving opportunities.
2. Produce machine project cost reports to identify variances and provide feedback on budgeting and operational
processes.
3. Enter, compare, and analyze labor hours to provide utilization and efficiency data by project and department.
4. Calculate department burden rates.
5. Analyze freight and duty costs.
6. Monitor and analyze inventory movement, including tracking variances, usage patterns, and reconciliation.
7. Maintain and enhance profit center and cost accounting reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
8. Perform data collection and market analysis to support leadership with insights for pricing decisions.
9. Perform settlement runs and related processes.
10. Maintain and update machine inventory data, ensuring accuracy in systems and reports.
11. Maintain and update sales data including product line reporting and other reports as needed.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, finance) to improve cost tracking and reporting
processes.
13. Produces internal compliance audit lists and reports.
14. Assists with developing and producing KPI reports.
15. Assists with preparing budgets and forecasts.
16. Assists with the annual external financial audit.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (B.S. /B.A.) in accounting, finance, business administration, or other related field; and five (5) plus year?s related experience and/or training in cost accounting or manufacturing accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Data Analytics and Business Intelligence experience is required.
Experience with SAP is required.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
Computer software skills required include: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (Intermediate), Microsoft Access, PowerPoint and Adobe
Employee must have the ability to adapt and conform to shifting priorities and demands and execute accordingly. In addition, this position requires an understanding of accounting principles and practices and report writing, while paying close attention to detail is essential.
