• Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm with some flexibility

Responsibilities:

• Monitor past due list and making introductory calls checking on payment
• Manage leases pending legal status and monitoring documentation
• Support non-performing leases by setting tasks and monitoring reports

Qualifications:

• Finance or lending background preferred
• Ability to understand loan and lease terms
• Ability to keep accurate and detailed records
