The pay range is competitive and determined based on shift differential, specific location, and position.

Responsibilities:
As a Custodial Technician, you are responsible for maintaining a clean and aseptic environment throughout the facility.

This involves cleaning and servicing areas such as:
Guest, Patient, and Public Spaces
Clinical Treatment Areas
Administrative Offices

You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a pleasant and personable demeanor, and take immense pride in your work. You must be comfortable working around blood and bodily fluids and be able to work rotating weekends and holidays.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Work Ethic and Initiative (Go-Getter): Must be a self-starter who works quickly and efficiently, always looking for tasks to complete to ensure the environment is continuously maintained to high standards.
Attention to Detail: Critical for achieving and maintaining an aseptic (infection-free) environment. The ability to notice and address small details ensures complete cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
Customer Service and Professionalism: Regularly interacts with patients, visitors, and staff. A pleasant, personable demeanor and the ability to be discreet are essential.
Adaptability and Resilience: Able to work in a demanding, fast-paced setting and quickly learn new cleaning procedures and protocols, including those for biohazards.

High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
To be considered for this pipeline and to begin the credentialing process, all candidates must meet the following requirements and provide documentation:
Communication: Must be able to speak and understand English.
Education: High School Diploma or GED (Must provide a copy of the certificate).

Health and Screening:
Completed Background Check, Drug Screen, and TB Test.
Vaccination Records for Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Seasonal Flu (Must provide official documentation).

Professional Documentation:
Resume with a complete work history listed. You must explain all past employment gaps and the reasons for leaving each position.
Two (2) Professional References, preferably current or past supervisors who can verify employment.
