Responsibilities:
Maintain clear and debris-free pathways on the manufacturing floor to prevent hazards. Sweep, vacuum, and mop heavy-traffic industrial areas.
Collect and dispose of general trash.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, and office areas, including restocking supplies.
Ensure all cleaning activities are conducted in accordance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols. Report any immediate safety hazards, damaged equipment, or necessary repairs to the floor supervisor.
Manage and track inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) required for cleaning tasks.

Skills:
Experience Proven experience as Janitor, or Custodian, preferably within an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment is a plus
Safety Knowledge
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods on concrete/industrial floors, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be comfortable working in an environment with high noise levels, varying temperatures, and moving equipment.
Punctual, reliable, safety-minded, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision to meet operational needs.
