Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Answer inquiries regarding available services, programs, processes, and procedures.
Technical Troubleshooting: Explain procedures for loading and changing material associated with various self-service terminals, and remotely access equipment to resolve hardware and software issues.
Issue Resolution: Perform necessary research to provide accurate, timely information that meets the customer's needs, and dispatch field technicians when required.
Escalation Management: Recognize complex issues and escalate customer concerns to next-level support or management as appropriate.
Data & Privacy Compliance: Maintain strict customer confidentiality while fully complying with all privacy regulations.
Team Collaboration: Partner effectively with colleagues and management, maintaining solid relationship management skills across internal and external networks.
Operational Excellence: Drive tasks to completion, navigate multiple systems simultaneously, and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Technical Aptitude: Experience with remote equipment access and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.
Task Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, and maintain strict attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Logistics Coordination: Experience with dispatching field technicians or coordinating off-site support.

Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a High School diploma/GED (or an Associate???s Degree).
Experience: 1???3 years of professional experience, preferably in a customer care or call center setting.
Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the comprehension of virtual assistance tools.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, interpersonal style.
Work Ethic: A proven track record of meeting performance expectations, a bias for action, and the ability to avoid workplace distractions.
Physical & Environmental Adaptability: Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time and work effectively in an environment that may be noisy from time to time.
