The Customer Care Representative supports Midwest customers by processing orders and quotes, calculating freight/COD charges, and acting as the primary point of contact for issue resolution via phone and email.

While the role is remote, candidates must be willing to travel to the Warsaw, Indiana facility for initial onboarding and training.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in the garage door industry and prior remote work history are highly preferred.
Customer support in a manufacturing environment is most desirable.

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
The position requires a high school diploma, two years of customer service experience, and strong computer skills.
