Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
Provide consistent follow-up to both residential and commercial customers
Respond to emails and customer inquiries in a timely manner
Schedule appointments, send estimates, invoices, and vital customer communications
Coordinate closely with service technicians and management regarding client needs
Maintain accurate records and update information in the company database
Assist with general office administration, filing, and support daily operations
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Previous customer service or office administrative experience
Comfort learning new, industry-specific scheduling and billing software
A professional attitude, strong multitasking abilities, and an eye for detail
