Job Description:

As a Customer Service and Client Relations Specialist you will be an integral part of the administrative support team.  You will work with clients and potential customers to maintain strong relationships all while providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Relations Specialist duties include:
  • Providing superior customer service to clients and customers
  • Maintaining accurate records including data entry
  • Perform research and provide full report to owner

  Education: High School

  • Higher education preferred

  Experience: 36 months

  • 36 months experience in customer service or client service

  Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
