Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of incoming calls, responding to customers' questions and resolving their concerns efficiently.
Follow call pattern guidelines and consistently achieve customer satisfaction metrics.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding customer accounts.
Clearly explain applicable processes, policies, or procedures related to each customer's specific situation.
Maintain an enthusiastic, positive attitude and serve as a productive member of the department.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Language Requirements: Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience: Customer service or collections experience is preferred; contact center experience is a plus. Open to recent graduates and customer-oriented individuals looking to start a career in customer service.
Mindset: Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within teams.
Core Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Strong keyboarding and multitasking abilities, specifically the ability to talk and type simultaneously.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the aptitude to learn proprietary software systems quickly.
