Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails regarding product information, pricing, and delivery updates.
Order Management: Enter and manage orders for concrete and construction materials using internal systems.
Internal Coordination: Communicate with dispatch, sales, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries and resolve scheduling issues.
Customer Education: Inform customers on company policies, including delivery minimums, cancellation terms, and overtime charges.
Order Tracking: Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction from placement to delivery.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions, order changes, and product inquiries.
Administrative Support: Assist the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Industry Experience: Previous experience in the construction or industrial industry.
Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
