High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 to 3 years of customer service experience required. Construction, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial experience is preferred.
Dispatching or trucking scheduling experience is highly preferred but not required.
Strong Microsoft Office skills. Google Suite experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable communicating with blue-collar customers and truck drivers.
Able to handle difficult conversations professionally with confidence and a positive attitude.
Willing to learn dispatching responsibilities as the role expands.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
Reliable, punctual, organized, and comfortable working independently.
