Responsibilities:
Take the Order: Wear a wireless headset to answer incoming phone calls, guide customers, and accurately enter orders into our database.
Process the Order: Print out order slips, shipping labels, and packing slips.
Pick & Pack: Walk the warehouse floor to pick lightweight vitamin bottles, pack them securely, and prep packages for shipping.
Ship: Process outbound orders via UPS software.
Multitask: Manage your time efficiently to ensure all orders taken before daily deadlines go out the door.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience (A Plus, Not Required): Previous retail, food service, order picking/packing, or call center experience is a bonus, but entry-level candidates with the right mindset are encouraged to apply!

Physical Capability: Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift boxes up to 40 lbs occasionally.
