        Our Client is searching for a government and commercial Contracts Administrator to manage bid submittals within the Business Operations Department, supporting Sales.Responsibilities:Researches and analyzes law sources such as statutes, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes (e.g., FAR, DFAR) as needed or directed.Prepares legal documents such as deal summaries, commercial and government contracts, initial and buy-sell agreements. Manages dealer agreements.Reviews and analyzes customer contracts and agreements, IDIQs, request for proposals and provides guidance and identifies contractual risk. Submits bids and proposals.Prepares RFP/RFI risk analysis. Provide risk mitigation.
