The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer support while ensuring accurate and timely order entry and processing. Requires extended periods of data entry and multitasking across systems.
Maintain high accuracy in all order entry and processing tasks.
Meet response time standards for calls and emails.

Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system in a professional and timely manner.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate product, pricing, and order information.
Perform daily order entry, including entering, reviewing, and verifying customer orders for accuracy.
Process order changes, cancellations, and updates while ensuring all system information is correct.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, shipping, quality, etc.) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or issues.
Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and order activity.
Support administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a customer-focused mindset.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Professionalism, reliability, and team-oriented with a positive, problem-solving attitude.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous customer service and/or order entry experience preferred.
Comfortable working with phone systems, order entry platforms, Microsoft Office, and Syspro (or similar systems).
