Reporting directly to the CSR Manager, you will play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly for a crucial 2-month project. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can utilize your sharp computer skills while staying active.
Responsibilities:
Data & Communication: Manage customer inquiries professionally via email and perform accurate, high-volume data entry.
Spreadsheet Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel to update tracking logs and maintain organized digital records.
Warehouse Floor Support: Step into the active manufacturing and warehouse environment to help tag and label units, ensuring seamless inventory and shipping preparation.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Adaptability (Context-Switching): The candidate will constantly toggle between two very different environments. They need the mental agility to seamlessly switch from sending a professional, polished email to a customer at their desk, to heading out onto a loud, fast-paced warehouse floor to tag units, and then right back to data entry.
Attention to Detail: Because they are managing inventory tracking in Excel spreadsheets and physically tagging units on the floor, a small typo or a misplaced label can disrupt the entire shipping and logistics chain. They need a sharp eye to catch errors before they happen.
Effective Communication: Reporting directly to the CSR Manager and working alongside warehouse personnel requires good interpersonal skills. They need to be able to ask clear questions, deliver accurate information to customers via email, and collaborate smoothly with the floor team to ensure the right units get labeled correctly.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Tech Skills: Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and professional email communication.
Adaptability: Comfort moving between a desk setting and a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Screening: Clean background check and the ability to pass an in-house 6-panel drug screen are required.
