Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Actively drive revenue by identifying opportunities, promoting services, and successfully closing both inbound and outbound sales calls.

Schedule Management: Efficiently manage, coordinate, and update daily schedules and appointments to ensure optimal time management.

Client Support: Answer incoming inquiries via phone and email with a professional, positive, and problem-solving attitude.

Account Maintenance: Follow up with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction, address any concerns, and upsell additional services.

Data Entry: Accurately document customer information, sales interactions, and scheduling details within our CRM system.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Prior experience working in a metric-driven or quota-based sales environment.

Familiarity with standard CRM software and modern office scheduling tools.

Previous experience in a call center or dedicated account management role.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Proven track record in a customer service role with a strong emphasis on driving and closing sales.

Demonstrated experience managing calendars, scheduling appointments, or coordinating logistics.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, featuring confident and persuasive phone etiquette.

High level of reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.

Must be able to commit to the Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM schedule.
