This role manages the entire B2B order cycle, translating technical specifications for steel and aluminum products, coordinating value-added processing (cutting, shaping), and ensuring rapid, accurate delivery to industrial customers (fabricators, manufacturers). Responsibilities:
Process and manage complex technical requests for quotes (RFQs) and sales orders.
Coordinate material inventory and logistics to meet strict industrial lead times.
Communicate precise material specifications (type, grade, dimensions) to internal production teams.
Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring solution-oriented service for all account inquiries.
Manage critical documentation (MTRs, COCs) and order tracking within the ERP/CRM system.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 AM
Skills:
Direct experience in the metal service center or steel/aluminum industry.
Familiarity with metal processing (plasma cutting, shearing, etc.).

Qualifications:
2+ years in B2B Customer Service, Inside Sales, or an industrial/distribution environment.
Demonstrated technical aptitude for handling product specifications and measurements.
Proficiency in order entry using ERP/CRM systems and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
